OSCA Kazakhstan LLP (OKL) is a Kazakh Registered Company and is an International Service Company in its own right.

OKL Head Office is located in Aktau with OKL Operating Base located in Bautino, Republic of Kazakhstan. OKL was incorporated in 2006 and is 100% staffed by citizens of Kazakhstan. OKL manufactures Offshore Containers in Aktau to BS/EN:12079. OKL provides Container Rental (including maintenance and third party inspection) in  Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation.
